If you are staying at the estate, which is pronounced Kinneuchar, there are organised tours which are well worth taking, also the village inn does a nice meal, fairly inexpensive. If you are looking for a gourmet meal The Cellar in Anstruther or the Golf Hotel in St. Andrews fits the bill. I do not have shares in any of these places have just enjoyed their food.
The East Neuk is full of lots of places of interest. The Fisheries museum in Anstruther is inexpensive and you could spend a whole day looking round Well worth a visit.
